It is a not a fixed 9-5 job, of course, which means that you will have enough time to spend with your friends and family.
Finding work in this space is not super-difficult, especially if you have done proper networking and cultivated an image of yourself. Remember, word-of-mouth is what rules this industry.
A lot of soft skills are needed in this profession, and being an introvert might work against you. A high level of confidence is definitely a prerequisite. If you are not comfortable working with people, and if your communication skills are next to nothing, this may not be your best bet.
